Level 816 Soda Saga is classed as a hard level, so you can expect to lose a few lives before you pass it.
It's all about the jelly cakes! Work on clearing the jelly cakes and the rest will be easier, clearing the cakes will give you a bit more space to work. Try to get the jam moving while you are working on the jelly cakes, it is in the middle between them.
Once the jam is starting to spread you can almost forget about it as it will more or less take care of itself as you make moves.
Use the Sprinkleshell as soon as it is full, I prefer to use it on blue so that it fills up again quickly as it doesn't use a move, so each time you use the sprinkleshell it is like having an extra move. There is no advantage to saving it as it will soon fill up again.
Fish will target blockers and the jelly cakes as long as they are not carrying jam, but once they are carrying jam they will ignore the blockers and head for empty squares if there are any. So bear this in mind when you are using fish.

I notice you have no liquorice blocks at the bottom and have 30 lives. This is not the same as the current level on FB which has 5 liquorice blocks to clear before you can get to the jelly and also only has 30 lives so is MUCH harder.
Same as above liquorice to clear. Been on this level weeks and bored static now.
