This is a spread the jam level. You don't really need to worry about spreading the jam, what you need to worry about is clearing the blockers at the bottom of the board.
Those blockers are what will win or lose the game for you, if you can't clear them you can't spread the jam.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can but look at the whole board before every move in case there is a better move elsewhere.
You will need some good combos, stripe wrap combos are good, as are colour bombs switched with a stripe or wrap.
Fish are helpful if you have them free from the dispensers, but don't waste moves making them when some other special is better.
