Work towards clearing the jelly cake bomb and at the same time try to make special candies in any part of the board. There is a colour bomb hidden under the frosting in the middle of the top row amongst the licorice. The colour bomb probably won't help a great deal as you'll only be able to switch it with one colour and it's always best to switch with a special candy wherever possible. But every little helps!
Fish will often go for the jelly cake, so are well worth making in this level.
Once the jelly cake is gone you will be able to see what is left to do. You will likely still have some licorice to clear at the top, whicj will need fish or combos to clear.
Look at the whole board before every move and try to work as close to the bottom as you can.
If you manage to make a colour bomb or colouring candy try to switch them with another special candy if you can.
