Work on clearing the jelly cakes first as this will clear a lot of frosting and also give you more space to work and make the special candies and combos you need to clear the rest.
Once the jelly cakes are gone try to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can, this will cause cascades which will help to clear more frosting without using too many moves.
Look carefully at the whole board before every move, even though you want to be working at the bottom you still need to check higher up in case there is a chance to make special candies or combos there.
