Level 625 is classified as a hard level by King, so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it!
First of all forget about the jam, it will take care of itself as you play.
You will need to concentrate on clearing the blockers, especially the ones in the bottom part of the board.
Vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos will do the job, but you will need lots ot them.
You can use the sprinkleshell also to help clear the blockers by using it to remove a colour which is touching some of the blockers in the bottom.
Vertical stripes in the middle will eventually unlock 2 wrapped candies in the bottom part of the board which you can switch together to clear some of the blockers in the bottom.
The candies in the bottom rows move together towards the middle.
Fish are very useful both for clearing blockers and spreading jam. Remember fish will target blockers ONLY if they are nbot carrying jam. If the fish is carrying jam it will go to an empty square and only hit a blocker if there are no empty squares left.
