The jam is hidden under the frosted blocks bottom right of the board and the candies move in an anti clockwise direction from the dispensers in the middle.
Work bottom right to make use of any cascades, although moves can be restricted.
Before each move look in the middle where the candies appear from the dispensers and if you are lucky you may find a stripe and wrap together that you can switch to clear some of the blockers at the bottom.
Once you have uncovered the jam you may not have many moves to spread it, get the fish moving with the jam on and make as many combos as you can to spread the jam.

A few more moves would be helpful as all the moves are needed to unblock the fish. Frustrating level
After struggling with this level for a week and using all my extra boosters I am truly ready to call this game a dude. A player gets awfully bored seeing the same challenge day after day. I do not understand the strategy needed to complete it.
