You need to rescue 13 bears from the honey.
First clear some of the honey from the top of the board which will give you space to work.
The black candies should be cleared as you work. There is no need to clear all the cupcake blockers surrounding the honey on the bottom right, your job is only to rescue the bears, not clear the board.
Unlock the stripe/wrap combo at the bottom either by matching it or hitting it with a stripe. The sprinkleshell can also be used to unlock the combo if needed.
You can then switch the combo and that will give you a start clearing the honey at the bottom.
Fish switched with any other special candy will always target the honey bears, so can be useful for clearing the honey locked inside the cupcake blockers.
Use the sprinkleshell as soon as it is full so it fills up again to be re used.
