The aim of level 226 Soda Saga is ONLY to rescue the bear, not to clear the board, so you can work on one side only providing you can make the moves.
Simply chip away at one side and the bear will float up diagonally so that it doesn't have so many blockers to go through to get to the top.
Stripe/wrap combos and colour bomb combos will all be good for smashing through the blockers.
Look carefully at the whole board, but don't waste moves that don't help clear the way for the bear.
