Level 564 can be a very frustrating level. You need to try to clear the jelly cakes as quickly as possible as these will take off two layers of frosting and uncover more stripes which are hidden in it.
Once the jelly cakes are gone making matches is very much easier and you can complete the level in a very few moves, so don't get too disheartened if you are getting low on moves.
Play slowly and carefully and try to anticipate the next moves so you can hopefully keep hitting the jelly cakes instead of having to work down the bottom.
It is inevitable that you will have to make moves that don't appear to do any good, but with careful planning you can keep these wasted moves to a minimum.
