Make a vertical stripe in the middle and fire it through the chocolate and you should get a colouring candy at the bottom. Use the colouring candy on whichever colour that has the most on the board and you should get at least one colour bomb and maybe even another colouring candy. Keep using the colouring candies until eventually you will get one next to a colour bomb and you can make a Rainbow Kimmy!
This will remove almost all the chocolate and then you can use fish to clear the rest.
I was very lucky and got the Rainbow Kimmy fairly early in the game, but there is plenty of time to make one later.
