Hints and tips for level 211 Soda Saga
The bears are hidden in the two small sections separated from the main part of the board and the only way to collect them is by using fish.
The good news is that in the middle part of the board, under the cupcake blockers, is a large bag full of pink fish.
You can make your own fish, but there is no guarantee that they will go where you want them, so better to concentrate on clearing the cupcake blockers and if you get fish as well that's a bonus.
Once the pink fish are uncovered they should clear the two bears for you.
